PHOTON RT 7514
7.5–14 µm

Covering the 7.5–14 µm LWIR band, the grating-based 7514 model extends PHOTON RT precision into the infrared. It measures transmission and reflection of coated flats and mirrors with variable angle and polarization control. A reliable platform for accurate metrology of application-critical IR coatings in research and production.

340-2000 nm
