The Photon RT spectrophotometer is the only instrument on the market designed exclusively for coaters. Some of its breakthrough features include more than 10 times faster measurement compared to other tools on the market, and variable angle/polarization measurements without recalibration of baseline.
For the coming show, we have prepared the instrument in our most powerful configuration. The tool features 380-5200 nm effective measurement wavelength range including variable angle and polarization measurement capability also within 380-5200 nm range, which is a world record.
In addition, we will announce our very new software features helping optical experts inspect coatings just with a click of a button – Yield Analysis and Spec Report.
